I had a bilateral otoplasty yesterday and today one of my ears feels clogged or stuffy. Is this normal? I can hear out of it, it just feels clogged like I have a bad cold. Is this normal?

I am absolutely against this, I do never ever use permanent sutures in otoplasties, since the consequence is ALWAYS what you are clearly depicting.Find a surgeon who can remove them under local in an office based procedure.

I would think that it would be fine for you to lift weights a month after your ear surgery, but it is always best to check with your particular surgeon. The most important thing is not to have any direct trauma or pulling to the ear.
