These red spots have accumulated over time and do not go away or lessen. They seem to be permanent. Does that mean they are cherry angioma, and can be treated by laser? What other treatments are possible (e.g. chemical peel)? Lastly, in treatment of these am I seeking a general plastic surgeon or a typical dermatologist?
