Septoplasty Turbinoplasty, Rhinoplasty and Fess peformed last year. The doctor described it as a Nasal obstruction. A deviated nose, grossly deviated septum with enlarged turbinates. Since my operation it seems my septum is shifting back out of place, un even nostrils and hump returning. breathing is becoming slightly tighter. I am essentially looking to see if this what you would consider a successful result in regards (mostly) to the septum.

It appears that your nose is wide at the base and lacks definition at the tip. It is not shown in the photo, but you may also have a low bridge as well. This can be addressed with a closed or open approach. your tip and nostrils could be narrowed, and you may need to have the bridge raised to...
Typically some form of a narcotic is given to the patient after rhinoplasty to be taken as needed for pain control. I frequently tell patients that the rhinoplasty is not a particularly painful surgery, but instead a little annoying because the breathing is not optimal which causes a dry mouth....
