Wrinkle Treatment: Q&A

Atypical Nasolabial Fold. Does it Have to Do With Facial Fat, Muscle, or Skin? (photo)

Since I've turned 20, I developed a weird nasolabial fold on the right side of my face. Under soft lights its barely noticeable but under hard lights its extremely big, spanning from the tip of my nose down to the corner of my mouth. When I smirk its tends to stick out and feel hard. Is it fat or does it have something to do with the muscle/skin? Is there a way to fix it?
