Iam pretty sure I have a pinched nostril and my doctor has been giving me filler for it. It has been a year and 7 months since I had a revision which the dr only removed a piece of cartilage from my very tip. Will my nose get worse? Continue to sink? And if I decide on surgery, is a pinched nostril an easy fix? Please help!!!:(
Answer: Pinched nostril and revision rhinoplasty What you are describing is generally challenging. It is possible that you may need cartilage grafting and complex reconstruction in order to achieve better results. Without seeing a picture and examining you in person it is difficult to provide a recommendation. However, what I do recommend is consulting with a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon to get an appropriate evaluation of what the best plan of action is to help you improve your nose. Best of luck!

Answer: Fixing a pinched nostril Fixing a pinched nostril typically requires cartilage grafting, either from the septum, ear, or rib. Although it is hard to tell without seeing your pictures what you are describing is possibly correctable such as the example in the link below

Answer: Pinched tip after rhinoplasty From the sounds of your concerns, you will likely need a revision rhinoplasty. Cartilage grafts can be used to recreate the lost support from previous surgeries. I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic or facial surgeon who will accurately assess your nose, create a simulation which will show you what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and formulate a plan tailored to your needs. Good luck!

Answer: Pinched tip revision rhinoplasty HiIt sounds like you have had at least 2 previous surgeries and are now getting non-surgical injections. Correct?A pinched tip can be genetic or mad-made by a plastic surgeon. It is due to weak tip cartilages, or poorly positioned tip cartilages, or thin skin, or excessively removed tip cartilages by a plastic surgeon. Or it often is a combination of these. It can be an easy quick fix or it can be a very involved tertiary revision rhinoplasty to reconstruct the tip and add support to the nostrils. Impossible to say what your case will be like without seeing you and examining you. But this is not a revision for the average plastic surgeon. Find a rhinoplasty specialist.

Answer: Pinched tip In general, issues created where cartilage has been removed do get worse with age as the skin thins and weakens with age. There is no picture included, however experience with revisional tip rhinoplasty, due either to cartilage and/or soft tissue issues, allow one to improve and stabilize your issue.Hope this helps.
