I had tattoo removal performed, most of the ink is gone but the area has now lost all pigment. My doctor says this should come back, but it's been over a year. What are my treatment options, if any? He claims there is a laser that can restore this pigment but I am skeptical of his advice at this point, as I believe he treated me too close together, which caused the loss of pigment.
