The area I want removed is 7 and 1/2" tall and varying in width from 5 and 1/2" on down. I want to keep the hand and pencil but remove all the other black, green, white, purple, and blue ink (see pics below). Do you think the white will oxidize or is picosure pretty good about taking care of that? What do you think a realistic price and realistic expectation of the number of required treatments would be? I hate myself so much for getting this and am really hoping for some good news.

Picosure laser can fire repetitively in a shorter time frame (picosecond versus nanosecond) and this increases the pressure generated which breaks ink into smaller particles, allowing quicker clearance by the reticuloendothelial system (Langerhans cells).
PicoSure Focus is considered an amazing skin rejuvenation treatment and is gaining popularity steadily due to it's outstanding results in combination with minimal downtime. I call it a Rolls Royce of laser treatments. I also believe that it will slowly replace fractional laser...
We've had tremendous results with the Picosure on black bold outlines on tattoos and excellent results on shaded areas where the ink is less dense. Without knowing the size, location, age, type of ink, or area of the tattoo, it would be difficult to estimate number of treatments, however.
