I have keloid skin, and I am getting a tummy tuck in June. I am terrified that after sx I will develop a keloid along my scar. I have been doing research and most people say to use a silicone sheet over my tummy tuck scar to prevent keloids but I wanted to know if hydrocolloid dressing work the same or better.
