Asymmetry After Cheek Bone Fracture and Eye Socket Repair? (photo)

I had an zygomatic surgery just 1 week ago. My cheeckbone was dislocated and eye socket was fractured on right side of my face.. Doctor planted 2 titanium and said there will be no asymmetry. However I feel like there is an asymmetry in the right side of my eye where cheeckbone fracture occured. Is it due to large amount of eye and cheek swelling or there is assymetry so I may need another surgery?
