Asymmetrical Philtrum

My philtrum is shown in the attatched image, my question is: Using surgery, what could be done to make it look better? would this be a difficult thing to do?

Asymmetric philtrum

Asymmetrical philtrums can be adjusted through surgery.  It is important to make sure that the nasal spine and caudal septum are straight as well.

I would consider trying the simple approach with injectable fillers first. since your right lip width is also less, injecting a filler to give the lip on that side some more width and fullness to match the opposite side would be advised. then we could try to put some restylane in the lip edges or vermilion and philtrum to see if we could build that up. if you still are not satisfied and desire further improvement, then i would use a more aggressive approach.

Lip aesthetics

You could remove a wedge of skin at the top of the right philtral column to raise the right half of the cupid's bow. I would not advise getting any incisions lower down on the lip where they would be more visible or attempt to make the left side more like the right. Complete right left symmetry is not possible.
