Asymmetric Sagging Cheeks and Mouth

35/female - significant facial sagging.Sunken/hollow, flat cheeks; much worse on the right side. My mouth also droops. I've had Radiesse - 2 vials, and still there is a depression. My doctor doesn't want to inject more filler, afraid of the 'chipmunk' look, and I feel the same way, nor do I have more money to spend. This is so disheartening! It's my understanding that major weight loss will cause and/or contribute to facial sagging. I am 5'3" 117 lb. and only lost 25 lbs! Is there another cause?
