As you can see from the pictures, the iris in eye B seems to be located slightly more towards the "end of the skull" than the iris in eye A. I suspect it might look like this because of the eye socket under eye A sitting deeper into the skull (is it so?). I know it's not by much, and that I probably am the only one to notice it. But I wonder, is this a normal variant of asymmetry? Thanks a lot for your time, dear doctors!

It sounds as if you'd like the sweeping Asian-style eyelids. The Asian lid has a distinct fibrous fat pad that is not really there in the western lid. There is also a difference in the attachment of the lid skin and subcutaneous tissue to the tarsal plate. This would be difficult to reproduce,...
Swelling tends to persist making the eyelids look heavy and with high creases. As the swelling resolves this slowly proves. It is really 6 to 12 months before one can judge if a revision is needed.
However if you want to do any significant shaping of the brow, you should wait longer since you may still have some swelling which will alter the hairs you may want to pull.
