Can I Shave The Bone Down Of One Side of Asymmetric Forehead?

Hello doctors, i have an issue that really bothers me. i'm a 25 year old male,i have plagiocephally so my upper forehead is assymetrical, bumpy from the right, "normal" from the left. I already tried to even the difference by adding bone cement fillers to the left, but still the protruding side is much bigger and i just want to make it smaller, burring or shaving bone. judging by the pix, can it be done? can i make the left side of my upper forehead smaller? thanx a lot for your reply.
