Asian Double Eyelid Revision?
Hi, I would like to know is it necessary to remove the sutures from a previous non incisional double eyelid sugery (Double suture and Twist technique) inorder to do a revision on the eyelid? Can a revision be done with the suture still place in the eyelid? Thank you.

It is difficult to give you an exact answer regarding your revision double eyelid surgery without knowing all the details. In general, however, most revisions need to be performed with an incisional technique and the sutures are usually removed to improve on the previous result.
