Hi,I have had many health spa treatments for acne scars that smooth & shrink pores without real results. I have now seen a plastic surgeon who suggested artesian for $5000.(3)treat- ments.Stating I will see at least a 50% improvement,I have searched every where & cannot find info or photos for this.Since I am a 52 yr old Hispanic women they can not perform any ablative laser procedures.Thank you

Artisan laser treatments

Artisan laser treatments work quite well. go to scars1.com for some photos. I use a combination approach with non ablative and ablative at the same treatment and have seen very nice results. you can do multiple non ablative treatments with success as well.

Pore size and acne scars

It is difficult to guarantee any percent improvement with any treatment for the reduction in pore size. Even if some patients receive better than a particular percent improvement in some condition with some laser, the next patient may not get the same result.
