Artefill Post Op Redness is Scaring Me

I had Artefill injected into a facial scar on Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Today is Thursday. I have very bad swelling and redness. I iced all day Tuesday, but not Wednesday. I did not shave Wednesday. Today I shaved with an electric razor, and was shocked to see how red the area is. I had the Artefill skin test, so I know this is not an allergy. I'm hoping that this is just because I'm prone to red skin, having seborrheic dermatitis. I am extremely worried this is a permanent red lump.
