Artefill is a permanent material but as with any material, it can be removed. The operations to remove Artefill can be difficult though and produce less than optimal results.
Real scoop on ArteFill management?
I'm confused. Ive read that artefill is completely irreversible, while I've also read that it can be somewhat managed through perhaps surgical removal. Give it to me straight, please.

ArteFill can be removed surgically, but it can be difficult. Often, the plastic surgeon must make an intraoral approach. I have heard of two or three operations to do this.
