I'm 8 day post op and I was eating a bowl of rice earlier today when I felt some of it get stuck inside my incision. I tried rinsing it out, but I still feel it stuck in there. Should I be concerned?

At 3.5 weeks following a chin implant, you should expect swelling (which may appear shiny) and tightness. As the muscle and tissues relax, the tightness will lessen and disappear. Give it some time.
