Areola Scarred Down to Pectoralis Muscle After Gynecomastia Surgery, How to Correct?
Typically, how is the release performed of the scar tissue that tethers the nipple area to the pec muscle? I am almost 3 months post gynecomastia surgery. Thanks in advance.

Yes, revisionary surgery may improve the “crater deformity”. The surgery may involve the combination of peripheral liposuction around the depressed area and grafting to fill the depressed area.

Hard to know without examining you, but Alloderm and/or fat injections under the nipples can help a lot.
