Hi. 1) For most women, the best approach is a scar around the nipple with a straight line under the nipple (lollipop). There are a variety of incisions thta can be used to reshape and lift the breasts, but I have found a tennis racket or-lollipop shaped scar to be the most useful. In the best secenario, the techniaue allows the rearrangement of your own tissue to provide more fullness at eh top of the breast. In other cases, an implant may be needed to obtain that fullness.
