I have had acne-prone skin all my life and cannot use Aquaphor because the mineral oil will make me break out bad. Are there alternatives to Aquaphor that will work just as well? Thanks.

Try Cetophil
You might try that other dermatologist stand-by Cetophil. However, this does have parabens as a preservative. It could always be possible that you might be sensitive to this too.
