What Antibiotics Do I Need Post-CO2 Fractional Laser?

I am 6 days post CO2 fractional laser. The swelling is almost gone and my skin has peeled but during the last 2 days my skin has become extremely sore,burning and stinging sensation. I am developing pus filled spots all over my face. I have never suffered with spots before. I took prophylactic Valtrex before the procedure and have used topical Fucidin antibiotic ointment from day 1, prescribed by the dermatologist. I am terrified I will have scarring.
