Botox/Filler Ingredients

Botox is an injectable neuro-toxin derived from a purified form of botulinum toxin type A. Only a very minute/nanogram is actually used in Botox. Hyaluronic Acid is one of the main ingredient used in Juvederm, Restylane, and Perlane. This is found naturally in the body in the joints.

Botox(R) is a purified form of botulinum toxin. This applies to Dysport and Xeomin as well. Fillers vary depending on the type of filler. Restylane and Juvaderm, for example, are forms of hyaluronic acid - a substance found in your joints naturally. Its made in the lab for purposes of "fillers".
