Angry look for forehead

Steven Hacker, MD answers: How to get rid of "angry look" on my face?

I’m told over and over again “what’s wrong”. I won’t even be in a deep thought. The furrow between my eyes is the culprit. I know Botox is used to remove these furrows, but I hate the idea of going to a dermatologist every several months to get an injection. I can’t imagine fitting it into my hectic schedule. What alternatives are there for my angry-look problem?

Botox is the best, safest and simplest treatment to reduce these wrinkles in this area. Unfortunately, it's effect is not permanent. Patients vary on how often they return for treatment but typically no more frequently than 3-4 months and as far out as once a year. The negative of it's temporary nature is outweighed by the positive of ease of use, safety , no downtime, and result.
