I have 5 angiolipomas within 3 inch diameter area. can they all be removed through a signle small incision? Can the skin be pulled up from the Muscle to allow for some kind of endoscopic identification and removal of each of the masses through a single hole? I had 2 removed 13 months ago and still have bad scaring. I want avoid that this time.
