How Do I Know if My Anaesthetist is Ripping Me off ?

i would like everyones honest opinion. after having numourous nose jobs involving rib cartlidge and even some involving medpor implants and grafts etc etc my bill for the aneasthasist would not go any higher than lets say 1000 dollars. however when i had a chin reduction last yr by someone else my bill was 1650 for the timing of exactly 2 hrs 55 min. a yr later i had cheek implants and lip lift with the EXACT amount and time. am i getting ripped off here? how do i go about this.
