Hi I have ptosis of the right eye I also have a pretty big difference asymmetrical left and right side, left side is larger. then lower right eyelid look slightly sunken. Having previously been told that the eyes are trying to be as similar as possible. Could it be that when the lower right eyelid is lower a left, the right eye regulate themselves further down to very even out the difference? can a cheek bone implant that increases the height of the lower right eyelid cause ptosis decreased?

The swelling should not affect the final outcome. However in the short term it may actually make the lid look lower since the weight of the swelling can pull the lid down. If it was even post-op it would be unusual for it to fall at 3 weeks, but it can. If still swollen give it...
It appears that you do have ptosis. Your left upper eyelid is lower and in addition your left eyebrow is lower than your right. You can correct this with a left brow lift at the time of ptosis repair.
Looking at your photos, I suspect that the left upper eyelid ptosis is likely something that would qualify for coverage under many health insurance plan. If you have no insurance, perhaps you can seek care at County Hospital if there is one in your community. If you have health...
