Ulthera is not designed to create fat loss

Unlike CoolSculpting by Zeltiq, a device that can reduce fat volume by freezing and killing the fat cells, ultherapy uses focused ultrsound energy that tightens deeper dermal and connective tissue layers without surgery. Although it is not thought to be beneficial in producing non surgical fat loss, this is being studied.

Hello, Ulthera treatment is unproven in the medical journals, and relies on company marketing and individual surgeons promoting the device.
