I have a slight indentation going down the center of my nose. (The lighting will not pick it up very well.) I don't want to do anything that'll make it look drastically different, but I would like for it to look somewhat noticeabley slimmer/angled. Also it is a little disproportionate. Can fillers help? or do I HAVE to get a nose job.
Answer: Fillers for Nasal Indentations Fillers are often the answer for non surgical correction of indentations and depressions of the nose especially the dorsum. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with experience in this technique.

Answer: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty candidate After reviewing your photo, I think that fillers may subtly improve the appearance of your nose by adding volume to the bridge, adding projection to the tip of your nose - both creating the illusion that your nose is narrower. However, a surgical rhinoplasty is the gold standard for permanently creating the changes you are looking for, and creating a more dramatic change than dermal fillers ever could. I recommend you seeking out a Board-Certified plastic or facial surgeon who will accurately assess your nose, create a simulation that will show you what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and formulate a plan tailored to your wishes. Good luck!

Answer: Surgical rhinoplasty to narrow the bridge and increase projection In our practice, we do not recommend fillers placed in the nose since there only temporary and can cause significant complications. To narrow a wide bridge requires osteotomies applied to the nasal bones. To create height along the bridge, a cartilage graft is harvested from inside the nose and inserted along the bridge line to build it up. For many examples of surgical rhinoplasty, see the link below

Answer: Non Surgical vs Surgical Rhinoplasty Hi Kimster101,Thank you for sending in your question and photograph. I think you’re a great candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty with dermal fillers. By carefully placing dermal filler (like Restylane) to the dorsum, bridge and tip, we can sculpt and create some nice contours and create better balance to your nose.Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an in-office procedure that takes about 20-minutes. You will see results after the first visit. I like to have my patients come back for follow-up in about two weeks for any finessing. Personally, after performing many surgical rhinoplasty procedures, I now prefer the non-surgical rhinoplasty to traditional surgical methods because the procedure is more predictable and less traumatic to the nasal structure. Based on patient goals, the results can be subtle to dramatic, but always natural. To learn more about non-surgical rhinoplasty and to see more of my patient results, check-out our video. We include a live-patient treatment, so you can watch the process. Non-surgical rhinoplasty, while non-invasive, is still a delicate and intricate procedure. Please see a board-certified facial plastic surgeon with experience with non-surgical rhinoplasty when you're ready.
