hello,help please i went to nose job surgeon in egypt,,but i found that he isn't american board certified,, he is a member of american academy for plastic surgery.. ,and he has acertificate from this academy that he is one of the best nose job surgeon in the world... so is this enough or not? if anyone knows of a american board cerified plastic surgeon in egypt please tell me,,thanks in advance
