Steroid injections aren't helping my keloid. I have had two sessions with 2cc of Trigon depot and my keloid is getting bigger. What is the best thing to do now? Thank you.

Alternative Keloid treatments
Topical Imiquimod cream applied daily has been beneficial in many patients - especially with early active keloids. Also treatment with Intense Pulsed Light or the Pulse Dye Laser have been very effective in keloid management. Lastly, silicone gel sheeting is utilized in conjunction with these other treatments.
