Alternatives for Treating Broken Capillaries?

After two Erbium / Yag treatments for broken capillaries and a vascular Rosacea on my face which contributed to a ruddiness in my skin. There was no improvement on the capillaries. And a slight improvement in the ruddiness. Am I immune? Should I go a different route. Perhaps IPL?

Blodd vessel treatments

The laser to which all others are compared for this treatment is the pulsed dye laser.  We use the V-Beam from Candella quick successfully. Multiple treatments may be needed with any laser.
