Are Aligners That Don't Fit Usually Due to Poorly Done Impressions?

If the trays don't fit would the cause more than likely be from impressions/models that were distorted before going to Invisalign? Aren't the trays made by suctioning the material over the models? If the models were accurate wouldn't the trays be also, or is there another possibility I'm missing here?

Tray fit

Trays Are not usually sucked down. They are made by a digital image. If you are having a fit issue talk with your Dr and find out if the cause is going to far for the trays or placing them wrong or using the wrong trays.myour Dr can best advise you
