First week everything looked promising then i started to develop a thick tight ribbon scar beneath the skin which seems attached to back of nipple and Radiates beneath both breasts, past my ribs, down to my stomach. Why has this hapened? Any advice about what l can do would be appreciated please. Thank you.

Very hard to diagnose over the internet, especially in your case. It might be a variant of Mondor's Syndrome vs a scar issue. Seek IN PERSON opinions.//
