I photoshopped her nose onto my face (to see if it was something I'd be interested in) and I really did like it and I felt super confident. (until I realised it wasnt me ahah) btw: I'm turning 19 in a month so i think I'm at the age where I can do this an not worry about under development I believe
Both procedures could be performed at the same time, or separately depending upon how you wish to proceed. Ptosis repair is usually performed by an oculoplastic surgeon, while rhinoplasty is performed by a plastic/ facial plastic surgeon. If you separate them in time, best to wait a few months...
This appears to the normal small amount of scabbing we often see. The alar base/sill scars typically heal extremely well. You should not need anything else done.
