Hi i'm 5 days post op. on the third day, the stitches are already removed and when i went home to clean it, i noticed that there are 3 or 4 holes from the stitches (1 millimeter in diameter). will this be permanent?? aand. right after i clean it, blood occupies the areas and dry up >_<
