Alarpasty Scar Evaluation

I did a septorhinoplasty with alarplasty in december 2009 and did an erbium laser resusfacing (fractional) in march 2010. I'm not satisfied with the scars. What is your evaluation and which option is the best for me. Thank you!

Alar Scars

The scars appear depressed and probably will not improve with future wound maturation. I would suggest scar revision; it is a relatively minor procedure.

Alar scars and what to do for them.

Fillers such as Juviderm can work in the short run. The right scar appears offset and would need to be revised.
