Alar Base Reduction and Revision. Worried About Scar and Swelling?

I had a revision rhinoplasty with grafts two weeks ago. Swelling has not really decreased since the operation. I'm getting worried about swelling beneath the columella incision at the base of nose (above the incision there's no swelling), and also about the scars at alar base that have 1mm gap since crusts were removed lest week.

Hello

Having swelling two weeks post surgery is very normal. Swelling takes 6 TO 8 weeks to subside. Having a scar is normal as well, you can use scar therapy to help minimize your scaring.
