The ASPS website is a good starting point to find a list of qualified surgeons in your area. Dr. Deason Dunagan and Dr. William Alison. Consult with 2 - 3 surgeons in your area to find one who has the requisite skills, experience, training, and understanding of your objectives. Breast Lift is not commonly covered by insurance companies.

Breast lift surgeons

First, I do not know of any insurance company that would cover a breast lift. As for a surgeon, you could start out looking for someone in your area at the ASPS or ASAPS websites.

Not likely that breast lifts are covered

Breast reductions of at least 500 grams, little over a pound are usually covered by insurance companies if there are related symptoms from the heavy breast. I have never heard of a insurance company covering a breast lift in any state. Breast lifts, while they do great things to make your breast look better are considered cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or should it be. I suggest you find a good board certified plastic surgeon and talk with them what you hope... more
