Aggresive liposuction

In order to obtain good contouring of the torso for a brazilian butt lift, aggressive liposuction is a must. Its part of my technique, and you will truly see the benefits of good liposuction post recovery. It is also necessary since that is the main source of fat for injection into your gluteal area. Aggressive liposuction

It just means that the surgeon wasn't simply sculpting a stubborn area of fat but was trying really hard to get as much fat as possible for the butt augmentation. It is likely that you are not very fat and the surgeon doesn't have a lot of fat to work with. Sincerely, Martin Jugenburg, MD
