Over-aggressive Dry Needling Caused Scarring. What Are my Treatment Options? (photo)

Dry needling was performed on my ankle to help correct hypopigmentation with electric machine by a trained, licensed esthetician with nursing degree. The reddened areas are actual scar tissue with needle marks. I was very diligent about aftercare. This is the best picture I have. The skin is shiny in appearance. This was performed on October 18th, 2012.
