After Having the Zoom Treatment Done by a Dentist, What is the Food/drink Protocol?

After trying Brite Smile I was told to eat and drink only "white" foods and beverages for 24 hours, until the dentin is restored. Is it the same with the Zoom process? on some of the forums it appears some people have been told to drink no staining foods for 3 days.

Protocol for Zoom Whitening After Care

After a Zoom procedure we recommend that you stay on white or clear foods for 24 hours just like you did with Brite Smile. I would never recommend to a patient that they avoid foods for 3 days. Hope this helps

The protocol for zoom whitening is to refrain from all drinks and foods that would stain a white T-shirt for 48 hours . Obviously you can not stay with clear colored foods for 48 hours unless you survive on water for 2 days! So the protocol is to drink water for 48 hours, and every time you eat , brush and rinse right away soon after consuming the food .Simply do not allow stain forming foods to remain on your teeth for long.
