How to treat a tummy tuck scar

Topical silicone gel strips are now considered one of the primary and preferred methods of minimizing scarring. However, this is generally not practical and patients tend to be non-compliant with application of the gel strips, Others prefer silicone gel in ointment form which is far more practical but not as effective. I have generally adivised prolonged application of paper tape. see video
