After Septoplasty and Turbinatoplasty Deviated Septum and Polypoid Turbinates Still Found? (photo)

I paid 8000 dollars for a turbinoplasty & septo/rhinoplasty but a post-op CT shows a deviated septum and polyploid mid turbinate tail. What do I do?

Dear Dragonuata, I would discuss these concerns with your surgeon. Ask for an operative report of what was done during your procedure. As a specialist in Septorhinoplasty I always use a nasal diagram to show the procedures done as well as a full operative report discussing the procedure. I am not sure if you have pre surgical CT scans versus the post surgical scans? If so I would discuss these with your treating surgeon. Best regards, Michael V.... more
