What Should I Do Next After Removal of Impacted Canine (Upper Left)?

At 12 I found an impacted canine. Upon completion of braces a surgeon attempted to remove it under LA yet failed. I lost my retainer & everything shifted back. Last year I had impacted canine removed under GA. Alveolar nerve was damaged. Then had fast braces for 6 mths. A mth before completion of braces surgeon had to cement large amount allograft in. 4 mths later it was so unstable & he removed everything. What should I do now? bonegraft from mandibular/bridging/allograft again for longer period?
