After my filler had to get cut out of my lip I now see a piece of a stitch still in my lip. What should I do?

I already feel a hard bump where the stitches were from scar tissue now I'm worried my lip will have to be cut open again due to this black piece of a stitch I see in there? What do I do? I'm worried that this dumb dr that injected me in the first place ruined my lip for good
