I had lipo/tummy tuck in july 2010 after several weeks my stomach started to bulge. I took a cat scan that didn't show anything wrong so he did another surgery to see what was wrong, found nothing and again after 2 weeks my stomach started bulging and now I look 6 months pregnant. Why?

Bulging after tummy tuck

It sounds like there may be some intra-abdominal bloating rather than abdominal wall weakness or laxity.  I have seen this once before.  It can be quite frustrating.  If the cat scan did not demonstrate any laxity or weakness in the abdominal wall then this cannot be addressed with surgical intervention.
