I had a implant surgery three weeks ago. Two days after the surgery the tooth next to the implant started moving and it hurts. There was no indication of any problem with that tooth or the implant through radiography. A week later the tooth got infected and I took Dalacin C 300g for 5 days. The infection is gone now but I'm still in pain. My dentist has no idea what is causing this problem and I don't know what to do to stop this pain.
