Hello . After two child breast feeding I lost all my breast . I am quiet tall and very fit . I added a size 400 cc subpectoral implants . My breast is beautifull but too big to my taste plus it is not high up as used to be /this due to the weight of the implants . I am not comfortable dressing etc etc ....I am going into a size 300 cc soon . Would my breast lift up a little with a smaller size ?

Will a smaller implant allow breast to rise up and appear lifted: probably not.

You may experience a "lighetened load" on your breat skin envelope, however, it is my opinion that it will be negligible and the only way to get a higher positioned breast mound will be to have a full blown mastopexy.

Smaller implant and effect

It is difficult to predict how your breast will respond to a smaller implant. WIth the smaller implant the weight wil be less, so that the skin will not have to work so hard, but the envelope will be less filled and may cause sagging.

May Need MORE of a Lift After Downsizing

When changing sizes to a smaller size, their is a greater chance that you may need a small revision lift.  The smaller implant will have less weight associated with it, but it will sit in the lower part of the breast, losing some of the volume in the superior pole. That skin usually does not bounce back on its own when it has been strteched by the larger implant, and may need some external lifting help.  I hope this helps.
