Discolouration of the skin after electrolysis
I don't believe you'd be able to tell that quickly whether you have discolouration or "post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation" after electrolysis or laser. I would say you'd have to wait at least 3-5 days at a minimum and in fact ideally 1-2 weeks to see if you develop this problem.
